All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or custom craft requirements, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Timelines & Rates

We provide reliable worldwide delivery with the following standard timeframes:

• Domestic Shipping (Within India): 3 to 7 business days.
• International Shipping (Worldwide): 7 to 14 business days, depending on customs clearance and destination.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight/dimensions of the rug. Free shipping promotions may apply to select regions or orders as advertised on our store.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, customs fees, duties, and local taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) so you can monitor your carpet's journey in real-time.
