1. Return Eligibility Window

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your rug or carpet must be unused, unrolled, in its original condition, and packed securely in its original packaging materials.

2. Delivery & Shipping Timelines

As we cater to customers worldwide, please note our standard delivery durations:

• Domestic Shipments (Within India): 3 to 7 business days.
• International Shipments (Worldwide): 7 to 14 business days.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@rugandcarpets.com or call us at +91 92782 60609 with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to our facility.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-sized rugs, clearance final sale items, or carpets damaged due to misuse or improper cleaning are not eligible for return or exchange.
